Au fost incluse persoanele de peste 18 ani cu simptome ușoare ale tulburării de panică, care au obținut un scor mai mic de 13 pe Scala de autoevaluare a severității tulburării de panică (Panic Disorder Severity Scale Self-Report). Aspectele urmărite în plan primar au fost tulburarea de panică și simptomele de panică. În plan secundar, s-au situat simptomele de agorafobie, anxietate, caracteristicile cognitive întâlnite în tulburarea de panică, simptomele de depresie și calitatea
